INTEGRITY
Integrity
Integrity is an asset, it worth more than rubies; handles it with care: don’t trade it with anything. Albert Einstein advised; Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value. Joseph in the bible knew the importance and the reward attached to this – no wonder, despite how sexy and charming Portipher’s wife is, he refused to trade what he has with her laps. Remember, he was just a servant, and having a queen as a sugar mummy, oh! What a wonderful opportunity and easy way to make it in life; an easy step to progress – so you may say, but Joseph is after things that are not temporary, he is after those things that are eternal. His master’s wife conspire against him and he was cast into prison, but prison is not a reward for been honest and faithful to God and man, and even to one self; (Virtue is never left to stand alone. He who has it will have neighbors) and so God bounce him out of the prison yard to his rightful place; THE THRONE. Integrity is an asset, it worth more than rubies, don’t trade it with any material or lustful things – it is your throne. The opportunity to trade what you have will always be presented to you, but it is wise to keep to your personal truth.
No man can purchase his virtue too dear; for it is the only thing whose value must ever increase with the price it has cost us. Our integrity is never worth so much as when we have parted with our all to keep it. (Charles Caleb Colton)
